BWA YACHTING OPENS OFFICIAL BERTH BOOKINGS FOR THE LOUIS VUITTON 38TH AMERICA'S CUP AND GETS READY FOR THE PRELIMINARY REGATTA IN NAPLES
Excitement builds for the Preliminary Regatta from 24–27 September 2026.
BWA Yachting has officially opened berth bookings for superyachts wishing to attend the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup in Naples in Spring/Summer 2027, providing owners, captains and representatives with a single, centralised process to secure berthing across Naples and the surrounding region.
But the road to Naples 2027 starts now. From 24–27 September, the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup Preliminary Regatta will bring the action to the Gulf of Naples for the first time, offering an exciting preview of what lies ahead. BWA Yachting is proud and excited to kick off its AC38 journey in a setting made for spectacular racing and exceptional superyacht experiences, setting the tone for what promises to be an extraordinary America's Cup in 2027.
As the Official Superyacht Programme Delivery Partner for the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup, BWA Yachting is the exclusive provider of berth bookings for the Programme, managing all 2027 requests through one centralised system and providing a single operational point of contact for participating superyachts. Building on the successful delivery of the official Superyacht Programmes in Bermuda and Barcelona, BWA Yachting now brings that experience to Naples 2027.
For the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup in Naples 2027, berth bookings are now open across the preferred marina network, currently including:
The preferred marina network has been designed to offer a range of berthing solutions across Naples and the surrounding region. New Marina di Bagnoli, currently under development as part of the Louis Vuitton 38th America's Cup waterfront regeneration project, is expected to become a key hub for the 2027 event. Several additional marinas are also finalising their participation in the Official Superyacht Programme and will be announced in due course as the network continues to expand.
Each booking request will be assessed individually, taking into account yacht length overall (LOA), draft, operational requirements, arrival and departure schedules, and berth availability across the preferred marina network.
A SIMPLIFIED PROCESS. A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT.
For Naples 2027, securing the right berth is only the beginning. Through one centralised process and one point of contact, BWA Yachting will coordinate each yacht’s participation from initial registration through to arrival, while opening the door to the wider America’s Cup experience.
The process includes:
Registration of yacht specifications and operational requirements
Assessment of berth availability across the preferred marina network
Berth proposals based on yacht characteristics and requirements
Pre-arrival operational coordination
New for Naples 2027, participating yachts will join the Official Superyacht Programme through a dedicated membership, giving owners and invited guests access to a curated calendar of hospitality, social occasions and exclusive experiences built around the racing schedule.
With the action unfolding across the Gulf of Naples, the Programme will extend the experience well beyond the racecourse, bringing participating yachts into the heart of the America’s Cup atmosphere and creating memorable moments on and off the water, with Naples and its extraordinary surroundings as the backdrop.
